I feel I should warn all you Holden people of a rip off which happened to me recently on EBAY . I bid on and won a FELPRO V8 full Gasket kit sold by A.T. RACING WORLD .The item they sent me was a cheaper inferior unit which was not Felpro and sold for half the price on the same page of the auction . I have sent numerous emails to AT RACING WORLD with no result even after I advised them that I would be advising the other car people of my dissapointment. I have put it in the hands of the PAYPAL Resolution Centre as I cant get any contact with AT RACING WORLD .I hope nobody else gets ripped off like I have . BE WARNED

Ive had a similar experience with them. They sent the wrong conrods in a kit I bought of them. Took them forever to reply to my emails. (I threatened them with consumer affairs). They denied the conrods were incorrect for the kit, Would not replace them for the advertised conrods, were rude and threatening.
I also am in the proccess of claiming through paypal. They recieved the kit back (at my expense) last week (tracking number), but have not contacted paypal to tell them they have recieved it.
I have written to paypal advising them that A T RACING WORLD have recieved and signed for the kit. I still havnt recieved my money back! If its not refunded by the end of this week I will be going to consumer affairs and maybe the police. AS not refunding a return is stealing!
STAY AWAY FROM AT RACING WORLD and SYDNEY SPEED SUPPLIES (same people) They knowingly and willingly misadvertise their products, customer service is non existant and they will threaten you if you dont adhere to their will.

I only potentially stand to lose $105 but it is the principal of the thing that matters . There was a picture of the FELPRO Kit on the screen which I bid on and won and the cheap and nasty inferior kit they sent was nothing like it . In actual fact I bought one of the cheapies at less than half the price of the FELPRO kit in case we stuffed up any of the minor gaskets . I would never use the cheapie Head gaskets and this has put my engine rebuild back by a month .

Last month in Street Machine Magazine Bob Kotmel spoke of the very practises that have been mentioned above.

He suggested that if you get no joy out of the supplier you should list the item on eBay or Oztion for the same price that you paid for it and in the description write where you got it from and list all of its faults.

Keep listing it until the shonks have to buy it off you just to stop you giving out bad publicity for them.

I ordered that same felpro kit and got the same inferior gasket set you did. I got a response to my emails sent to them about 1 week later, they agreed that the wrong set was sent to me. I then told them i was not going to pay for the return of the rubbish so they had to foot the bill, they were a bit reluctant until i told them i was going to post on every forum i was registered on about the way they conduct business. They then agreed it was in both our interests that they correct there stuff up at there cost. The excuse they use is that it was a new bloke in there warehouse that did not know any better

TThey ripped me off to , bought a efi fuel pressure regulator took staight from mailbox to the dyno tunner ,he installed it but nothing does not work at all would not even alter the pressure 1lb just pure junk.
They asked me to send it back and i did but for some reason it was retured to sender being me . No refund or replacement as they kept demanding to test the thing first . I sent it but it was just returned all at my cost again . Turn out there a malpassi nockoff i told them to jam it and threw it in the bin and told them that i am no longer an advocate of the business and will let as many people as i can no.

Could more people post their horror stories with this company (A T Racing world/Sydney speed supplies/Procomp). The more that post their stories the more we hurt them. They have got to go..

I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC. I hope all others who have had a bad experience with AT Racing World/Sydney speed supplies do the same..

It is amazing from all these posts what a bunch of rogues A T RACING WORLD are. Whilst I have a complaint with the Paypal Dispute Resolution Center regarding this misrepresentation I cant find a way to contact EBAY to have this seller of misrepresented items banned or at least chastised .Because Julie wont answer my emails I cant voice my disgust at the criminal act of not supplying the Item I won and paid for .I also will get my message to other forums and to as many car clubs I can contact to protect other unsuspecting suckers from this blatant deception . I have received a call from the ACCC about the complaint I made about AT Racing world.
They are very very interested in A T Racing worlds/Sydney speed supplies behaviour and have asked for everyone who have had a bad experience with AT Racing world/Sydney speed supplies to contact them either via email or phone. http://www.accc.gov.au/c...ndex.phtml/itemId/54217
We now have the attention of people who can do something about these low lifes.
All we need to do is tell them about our experiences with the above mentioned business.

It goes to show how sometimes persistance pays. I have finally received the correct parts from AT Racing with a genuine apology from both them and their supplier . It appaers that the mixup occurred when each company thought that the other had been in contact with me so nobody contacted me during the time I needed to talk to someone .As you all know this can be very frustrating leading one to jump to conclusions . It has all been corrected now and my problem has been solved .If you are not getting any joy from AT Racing you could try contacting Jason from USA Performance Parts as they supply much of the gear .

Im pleased you got your problem sorted out.
I am still waiting for my refund. They received the kit on the 23rd. 10 days so far and nothing from them or payoal..

It shouldnt matter where they get their stock from. AT are the ones selling it. They are the ones your brought from. They are the ones that should correct any issues you have.

I brought a High Flow Oil pump for a 5L from them. It was crap! It created that much pressure i started my engine and it blew the oil filer to bits. So i put another filer on and it done it again. they claimed it was my poor fitment. Being i got it for $50 i didnt worry about it. I emailed them but they said no replacement. I could post back at my cost. ($15). and they would test it.
i never bothered.
