we Have a 1993 NC fairlane with the Windsor engine, and a problem has arisen with the smart-lock/windows, in that, when activating the fob to disarm and open the door locks, the door locks knobs just cycle up and down, and we have to then use the key to access the cars interior.
Any ideas what's going on here
Regards
Angus

I just Googled "Dancing door locks" which is the term for your problem & quite common to Fords of the era.

There is info on anything from a stuffed actuator to loose actuators to maladjusted or tight linkages that just require a squirt of WD40.
