hi there guys i am changing my 2v inlet manifold on my clevo to a 4 barrel alloy one, just wondering do you have to drain the coolant out to do this (i.e does coolant travel through the manifold), cause i don't want to pull it apart and find i have just filled my sump with water!! ......thanks in advance -mark

Your safe dude. Just be careful when you lift the cast manifold off as it's a heavy thing. Use a good gasket sealer when you put the alloy manifold on to prevent leaks. If your using the old carbie try not to let the thing fall on it's side or anything

One other thing to remember is to re torque the bolts afterwards and check them periodicaly.
