i have a ZL Fairlane, and i have posted here about it many times, todays question is:

did ford make a 4spd auto for the LTD of the same era (FD I think?), and if so, would it just bolt into the ZL?

reason being that i wanna get some good fuel economy out of a tank for a change!

thx for any help
