Question someone here might know. I probably knew this but have since forgotten.

Did HQ 350 have a centre cap like HT-HG or are they offset to one side?

I picked up two 350 radiators last week. One is clearly and original HT-HG 350 auto radiator but the core looks to have been changed out for a 5-row Natra at some stage. It is complete and the core is good but the side mounts have been wrecked. It has 2809862 on the top tank but the date code has come off it.

The other is an original HQ 350 auto non-A/C tank by all appearances, dated F-1. It has 2818875 on it, but that number is a stamped copper shim over the top of another number. But the top tank has a centre cap on it. It also has HQ side mount on it. I'm wondering if the top tank has been replaced with a HT-HG one? The number under the HQ number looks like 2808961.
