38N is Black Vinyl & Devereaux Cloth seat facings in an HQ Statesman DeVille.

The 18G7 is probably 1867 (it should be 4 numerals, no letters) , Juniper Metallic exterior paint. If your paint number is 15334 that will confirm it.

30N is Black, 38N is Doeskin. Silly mistake on my part.
