Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where I can buy an Engine Test Stand?

I can pick one up in the States for under $300US but I am unable to find an Australian distributor or similar.

I have no interest in making one as I do not have the required skill set.

Cheers,
Allan

Rocket industries sell the easy-run brand. You can buy frame only or setup with radiator, fuel tank, gauges, ignition etc.. From memory the complete setup was around $2000 but my memory isn't the best.

Make sure your sitting down when you ask them the price.
As with most things Rocket Industries sell I always find it much cheaper to import the part myself.

There is a guy advertising a basic engine test stand, come trolley for about $300 in Just Parts magazine, it's a double page spread. He has lots of this type of stuff including a very nice rotisserie with hydraulic lift. It's all made in China, but isn't

You would have thought by this stage of the conversation someone from Rare Spares would have popped up and yes can supply this.

I do not begrudge anyone making a profit but this is crazy.

I will put an add in the local Handy Trader and

What did I tell ya. They think people are plain stupid and will pay anything.

Speak to you local Bursons since no one from Rares have reared their heads with an offer.
