What is a 1973 HQ Statesman Deville worth Options

Car has done 70 000 original miles. Can anyone please advise what they think I should pay for a car in this condition. The owner wants $12 000 for it. Thanks a lot, Dave

Its a prick of a situation as the owner is convinced that he will get $12K for it. I really want the car but it is only worth $8K to me as I will not be doing any of the restoration work and I will spend money on it. Thanks a

In my opinion Dave, if youre going to invest in a HQ Statesman, wait for something in the same condition as that, but with a few more options. $12k would get you an original

Its more like "printed/patterned vinyl" than cloth though - I dont think there is any cloth in mine. Dr Terry is the Devereaux what I describe above or actually made out of cloth like the earlier HQ trim?
