i am after a pair of passenger doors for a Hz are Wb the same front doors and rear the same ?

There are no WB rear doors that will fit, but as others have said HQ-WB sedan doors are all interchangeable. HQ-HZ wagon doors are interchangeable. HQ-HZ Statesman are interchangeable. And all HQ-WB front doors are interchangeable.
Just remember that HQ

HJ and later doors are better imo, because the glass has a guide higher at the front than the HQ doors. Ive had problems with the windows sucking out of the tracks if you try to wind them up when driving fast. Slow down, wind the window up, then speed up

the mid riff line on a HQ is slightly lower than HJ up.

Later doors will have side intrusion bars as per ADR requirements.
