Hi,
I would appreciate some slightly more detailed fitting instructions for the roller kit. Also are the sliders worth fitting as opposed to the original rollers if they are still OK. I have replaced some of the rollers fitted to the glass but stuffed one so had to buy another kit, the new kit has the metal glass nuts, excellent! Any fitting tips would be great.
Thanks Col

The sliders are a much better product to use in the Monaro doors, they will reduce the movement of the glass and give a far better finish. As for the instructions, it is very hard to give fully detailed fitting instructions for this type of product. The products in the kit with the exception of the sliders are the same as original, best to take note of how you dismantle the part and do the reverse to fit the new part. As for the sliders you will need to remove the old roller studs, clean out the hole for the new slider stud and either peen the shaft over or remove the slider from the stud and weld in the new stud.

Hi Lance,

Thanks for the tip, I'll try the welding method, I struggled with the peening of the large guide rollers, in the end I slotted the shaft and peened them over, however the sliders may come off the stud OK so I'll try that.
