Hi All,

I have a HX Caprice and a WB Caprice. the Vacuum hose diagram for the HX is contained in the HQ Workshop manual. The WB on the other hand uses a different system, and the colour code is not in the workshop manual (and not in the WB supplement). I have seen on this forum in the past some users have shared the diagram via email. if anybody has a copy dould they please send me a copy? if you PM me I can send my email or vice versa.

I have the WB Parts diagram, which does show some detail, just not sure I want to trust that alone.

thanks in advance,

Jim

HX is a little different to HQ but not by a huge amount. The WB parts catalogue has pretty detailed info in drawings for the aircon stuff.

Yes, page 9-23 of the WB illustrated parts catalogue has a good diagram of the vacuum hoses for the WB Statesman air/cond.

Dr Terry
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Thank you both.

The colour codes are quite different for WB Vs HX, and the HX doesn't have the Bi-level function.

I see there's a few times in the past you have shared some info Dr Terry. did you just share the page from the parts diagram?

in gneral the parts diagram illustrations seem to be better than the workshop manuals, particularly for the emmissions control hoses.

thanks Again,

Jim

Best of buying the WB parts catalogues. Here is a TEXT section:

https://www.ebay.com.au/...g%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR7j4qt76Zw

Keep your eyes open for the ILLUSTRATION book too. Just watch the dates on them, the later ones move things around a bit so the groups can change, so best to get them matching.
