hi occasionally when I get in my vx calais I have to put in the code for the computer and all my computer has been reset, There are no loose leads and I just got a new key for it any sugestions would be greatly appreciate it

no one can help at all, no ideas? well an update since I posted this topic along time ago I have only had it happened once and it was only the radio not the trip computer, This problem is complexing.
