I've got a VP Commy V8 EFI in my HZ ute. I've had an intermittant fault, that has turned into a motor that now won't fire.

The fault I have now is that I've got a consistant 12 volts from both wires (Red and Grey/blue) going to the injectors. Even on crank, when there should be a pulse. According to my manual this is causing the engine to flood. Looking at my spark plugs, it looks as if I had one side do this first, and now it's both sides. I've checked the loom and tested the wires from the ECM to each injector. No problems. Then I pulled the whole loom out and checked it for wear, melting, anything. All looked ok. My mechanic and a sparky have put a brand new computer in it, and checked all sensors. Checked fuel pressure. All ok. Cranks, just won't fire up due to the flooding.

Anyone got any ideas???
Never late in a V8
