is the fader control in a hq ( airchief with 1 front and 1 rear speaker) the same control as used in lj torana and earlier cars?
i have a 2, same switch but different knobs??
where is the correct mounting position in a hq?,,,,regards dave

In the HQ it sits next to the cig. lighter on the dash facia. The knob is a smaller version of the one seen on the light sw, & cig. lighter, with F/R & an arrow printed on it.
From memory the LC/LJ fader sits under the dash like HD/HR & earlier.

thanks dr terry, one has a black knob, the other has a chrome knob i think it may have been from a hr,,,,regards dave
