Hey guys,
So, having a few problems! Just before I let go of the clutch the car rumbles a little or jolts. Once I let go it is fine. The car is a VP. I had the clutch and cluth bearing replaced at 230,000kms a little over a year ago. Im now at 280,000kms. A mate said it might just be the cable. What is wrong with my car? Or is it something totally different?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

did you get the flywheel machined while you had the clutch out?

sounds like the thrust bearing is giving up, if it is the thrust bearing and gets worse the engine will stall when you push the clutch in

Not sure if the flywheel was machined. Report from when clutch was replaced-
attended to rattle in clutch area, found clutch worn and clutch dampers worn-replaced. also replaced speedo transducer as broken.
If it helps when the clutch is released it squeeks the tiniest bit.
Cheers to those who have answered

My parents had a VR manual and the clutch cable was always half seized up. Is it hard to push the pedal down? Try a new cable before you doing anything else.

If the flywheel wasnt machined and the clutch has been given a hard time then it will shudder when you let the clutch out.
