Have problems with brakes under stress...steereng wheel is shatterring, vibrating????

Irrespective of model, a warped disc will do this. Maybe a rotor replacement is in order.

brake disc is not concentric ( or warped) check and machine the culpret when found.

A front wheel out of balance can have that effect on the steering.A warped disc is felt through the brake pedal.
