Ask your local windscreen supplier/replacer.

Seriously,BRO-NZ go to a windscreen shop. I had my HQ front and rear screens done a few weeks back. It only cost $250. No dramas, no hassles, no mess, and well worth it. And it included a new screen as the old one shattered as it came out.

Cheers, J

NEVER use silastic to seal a screen!
Butyl Mastic (Sikkafex) is the only stuff to use...obtainable from hardware and panel/spray paint supply shops.

I pulled my windscreen out. Windscreen Obrien refitted it for $60. They had to do it twice because it leaked. The seal kit costs about $35 so if I had done it myself I would have had to buy 2 of them.
The silicone is no good it causes the metal to rust a

good idea i can pull the old one out and get someone to fit the 2nd one for me. I read somewhere that the screens do leak and you can id this by the water sitting at your feet, is this a seal prob or rust in the metal below the screen?
