8 months ago i brought a HQ tonner in a million pieces, every nut, bolt and screw had been removed and thrown in the SAME bucket, all bits were thrown in a pile and 6 years later (after nothing was done) it was sold to me as a unfinished project

there was heaps of missing pieces but i had enough spares at home to finish it, i have heaps more pics i just posted up a few

i have made more progress since it was polished, i just haven't taken any pics lately, i really just need to do the interior and wiring then it's done

when it's registered it'll be getting a turbo, i have most of the stuff sitting here ready to go on, engine is a 186 with a 4 speed manual

They come "alive" when the seats go in and console,I thought the same about mine..but it looks fantastic!

i've made some good progress lately, the interior is done now, that was quite difficult, it was made harder because it was stripped completely bare! and not by me

the previous owner had lost or sold heaps of bits so i had to make it up out of bits and pieces i had in the shed

i used a knox moulded carpet and underlay it fitted ok and looks good, the kick panels were from rarespares, they fitted like a glove and look fantastic!!

i painted the door trims and seat with vinyl dye to match the colour up a bit better, and i painted the steering wheel with 3 coats of 2 pac, the steering wheel come up nice

i'm hoping to get a windscreen fitted this week, i'll get the rear screen fitted at the same time, then the only big job remaining will be the wiring loom

I'm putting my loom in first on the van....still struggling to get the brougham's glitch free, and I think I'll have better luck with nothing in the shell.

the front windscreen cost $175 to be supplied and fitted (they come to me) while they were there they put the rear screen in for $25 extra (i already had a new rubber)

How much do you have the sedan mirrors with the Alcan tray? I bet you are sick to death of them! I had them on the Overlander with the same tray, I may as well not have had them.
