here are a couple of numbers you can check for me.
30743992 k11 21
30740140 k10 25

I also have these numbers below supplied to me but i'm not sure what they are or if indeed have anything to do with the engine build date. I'm following up with him to see if he can provide/find a number starting with 307. Again, I'm not sure if all early 307's had a prefix starting with 307?? Early early ones may have either had nothing or some weird American/Canadian number code I'm not sure of, hence why I ask for some help.

Thanks

Both of those are out of Dandenong assembled HK. Only one of them is early, the one assembled on 25/10/67. It is the 141st Dandenong HK V8 engine. WIll be from a Belmont, Kingswood or Premier sedan or wagon. The other one is a fair bit later, probably from a HK later in 1968 maybe August or thereabouts. Both were auto engines.

Only GMH engines were stamped with 307, 327, 350 etc.

The other two numbers aren't from a Holden engine. V0219UJ is from a 1969 307 out of a Chevy 10 or 20 van, it is a Flint V8 assembled engine. The other number is a partial VIN that was stamped in addition to the engine assembly coding, no idea what that is but again not a Holden engine.

Dandenong engine from a HK Belmont, Kingswood or Premier sedan or wagon. Definitely an auto engine, probably a January or early February 1968 build vehicle. What’s its cast date? It was assembled on 28th September 1967. Will be cast somewhere from the end of August to late September.

Cast 8th August 1967.
Possibly on tags, depends on what it is.

The engine doesn't belong to those tags. I don't have a huge amount of Dandenong HK recorded but by what I have I'd say those tag numbers most likely belong together, but whether they belong to the body or not I cannot say or if the tags you read them off are real or not I also cannot say. I assume the first digit of the VIN is a typo too. You have to be very careful with these cars today, so many dodgy ones about.

Edit: info gone from above post. Car was a Picardy Red HK GTS with Dandenong PSN J136251 from memory.

No idea, I never took any notice of them. E8 is possibly be May 1968 but the rest no idea. Could be a partial VIN? You’ll have to look at US sites maybe.
