Hi
I am trying to purchase a set of rollers for the electric window regulators in my HZ sedan.
I have rung to separate RS suppliers now, the first gave me a part number for a roller that doesn't even look like the ones I require and the second gave me part numbers that weren't recognised on the RS site.
Are these available and if so can I have some part numbers please.
Cheers
Roy

Hi roy

the original part number of your roller is 4158245, this part is used on both electric and non electric regulators according tot the genuine parts books

the best product for you as a replacement for this part is this slider:

https://rsp-secure.com/r...lt.asp?part_number=rk171

its a more modern design compared to the original rollers and perfect for what your after

Thanks for the quick reply mate.

Yes, this is the one I got from my first enquiry. The rollers which are on my regulators are definetly round.

I just re-read your post and the bottom line saying this is what I'm after.

Just to confirm, these will fit in the same channel as the originals?

Thanks again for your quick reply.

Roy

yes, you'll notice the width is the same as the diametre of your rollers etc

these are what you find on more modern commodores

they slide instead of rolling, youll probably find that after a very short period of time the rollers end up sliding anyway
