Hi all, I have a 75 HJ Monaro 4 door, High Compression 308, 4 speed manual Houndstooth interior, silver paint. The vehicle is in incredibly poor condition, via a WTF storage situation prior to my acquisition of it (parked under a rain tree in the tropics) I also have a HZ donor body in about as perfect condition as your going to find one and have rebuilt the small motor. All the compliance plates, original motor, revs checked etc.

A couple of things, firstly I know it is a ‘desirable’ car, for its specs, etc. I’m also ‘told’ it is somewhat rare, because it was built in the same year that 2 door Monaro’s were built, therefore it was a low numbers production for that year. I’d like a no B.S opinion of what I might be able to get for it? This car needs to be built nut & bolt perfect to realise its true value, which really means it needs everything re-done/restored (except the small motor). Happy to engage in discussion, about what I’ve got, not in the slightest bit interested in engaging in conversation with anyone trying to low-ball me.

I acquired the vehicle via a ‘good karma’ scenario, and stored it 8 years ago. I don’t think I’m going to get to it, and give it the love it deserves, so am ready to move it on.
