I have been told to bump this up to 10 or even 12 degrees BTDC as the car runs 99% of the time on LPG and this needs more advance. Can anyone confirm if this is the case? I'm sure I'll know if I have too much advance, the pinging and run on will let me know!! But I won't change anything if 8 degrees is the right setting already. Thanks in advance. Peter

LPG likes more initial advance, but less total advance, so advancing the dizzy won't make it right. To do it right you should buy a spark modification system - about $130 for a 'Joker'. Se
