I’m replacing front lower control arm bushes and lower balljoints while the arms are out
Is it worthwhile doing the tie rod ends as well?
If I’m just doing the control arm bushes and ball joints, will I have to get a wheel alignment?

I don't think you'd have to but it would be a good idea. Tie rods will depend upon their condition.
