Hi all have a V8 jg66 coupe no tags bad front ender. The tags got ripped off years ago she was a manual. Car not write off just damaged front ds rail. Looking for tags as I want to re register as its pointless repairing As car is unable to be registered.
can be registered without plate. if someone else is using the tag, get the shock xrayed to prove authenticity and if you can prove ownership of the vehicle, tags become useless
You have the shock tower stamps. thats the proof you need. You cant use another tag from another car. Thats illegal. Thats also an instant seizure of your vehicle if the cops or main roads see it. Contact main roads and they will issue you with a new tag. It will be big and ugly but legal.
