Are the LC Torana steering rack/column the same on 4 and 6cyl models?
Are the pedals including the accellerator the same on both models?

AFAIK all of those parts you mention are completely different from 4 to 6-cyl.

The rack is definitely different, as is the firewall & the whole front suspension unit.

The upper parts of the steering column (column shroud, blinker switch etc.) will be interchangeable, but the lower part of the column is totally different. Pedals likewise.
