The stuff you see on the bumpers is a thicker peel and stick plastic vynil type stuff. |

It comes on big rolls and is stretched over the cars and then rubbed to remove air bubbles then trimmed, its like a thick gladwrap, we used to put it on the cars at Holden by Design when they did the export cars at Holdens.
