Chev Small Block id from engine number

It was taken out of a HZ Ute.

It would not be original.

The engine number is 30746669 and has also stamped K04 30 on the engine number block face.

I understand it could have different crank or heads now, however does anyone know what it may have been originally?

HK-HT Holden except HT Brougham assembled in Dandenong plant. I'm not that good on Dandenong HK-HT numbers but as a guess i'd say 1969 HK, very possibly HT. The smaller font is from the assembly plant in Canada. 0430 means 30th April, most likely 1968. Cast date on the side of the block will start with the build year so probably 8 - something like 8D29.
