Rio goes half price in November (and next November…)

One of the best value small cars available in Australia, the Kia Rio, is being made easier to own with one of the more innovative marketing plans around.

Rio_hatch_12.jpg (32217 bytes)Kia is offering its hottest selling model for $7,495 now and $7,495 in 12 months time, with no interest and no repayments in between.

"The Rio is already outstanding value for money," says Ric Hull, managing director of Kia Automotive Australia.

"We have four and five doors where most others have three doors and air conditioning has always been included in our $14,990 price, along with a six speaker CD player, central locking and a driver’s airbag.

"But now we’re making it even easier to own a new Rio, with 50 per cent down and a 12 month holiday before the second 50 per cent payment."

Rio is available either as a sleek five-door hatch or a smart four-door sedan. Both share the same 73.5 kW 16 valve engine matched to a five speed manual gearbox and a high level of standard equipment.

The same 50/50 offer is also available on the automatic versions of the Rio, in which case the two payments are $8,395. On road charges are additional and the offer is available from all participating Kia dealers.
