New hands on the wheel in marketing

Proton Cars Australia has announced the appointment as national marketing manager of Ms Robynne Hall.

Robynne has worked in the motor industry for 21 years, including stints with dealerships and at manufacturers including Chrysler, Mitsubishi, Nissan and most recently Daewoo.

As well as customer relations roles Robynne has worked in customer service, warranty, PR and marketing positions in her time in the industry.

Her role at Proton Australia will encompass all of the company's marketing including the new Proton Cars Direct strategies currently being implemented.

According to Robynne Hall, she is pleased to join Proton at a time when it is pioneering an entirely new way of marketing cars in Australia.

"I believe that the direction and the creative way Proton is set to retail cars in Australia is exactly what is needed for the Australian car buying market," said Robynne.

"It is an innovative and professional program that removes the well known stress levels associated with buying a car. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere that is offered through the showcases make the complete purchase process a pleasant and memorable experience."
