Hyundai Automotives chief executive Mr C. K. Liew said Ms Kings decision
was sad at a personal and business level, but he understood her reasons for leaving and
wished her well.
"Nikki has worked closely with me for many years, during which time Hyundai has
grown from a relatively unknown company to become the leading automotive importer in
Australia," Mr Liew said.
"She has carried out her role with consummate dedication, professionalism and
enthusiasm - contributing a great deal to Hyundais success.
"It is just like Nikki to grab another challenge with both hands; my only regret
is that she will no longer be part of the Hyundai family."
Mr Liew said a decision on Ms Kings replacement would be made soon.
