Hi people. My father owns an HJ 3 door panel van. He used to use it for a milk round about 15-20 years ago. He started to strip the vehicle to rebuild as a project car but sadly suffered a stroke a couple of years ago. I'm try to find out if this car is rare as i would like to sell it on his behalf. Being on a pension my parents could use the extra money. Anyone out there can help me i would be appreciative...Cheers...Philphy.

Three door panels vans were made by body builders for Ambulances etc. I have seen a few from FB right through to WB. Most have "barn doors" rather than the normal tailgate.

They are sort after these days and should return more than a standard van in similar condition.

I agree with Warren that it will be wanted, but i'd value it less than an identical van but without the extra door and nurse seat. Vans are always popular, but if badly rusted won't sell easily.

Thanks Guys. Was pretty sure it was an ambulance or army vehicle in its time. Now i just need to work out a price. If anyone wants it contact me to negotiate. It has a V8 253 red motor in it. Can be restored by someone who has the knowledge, time and cash. Thanks again.
