Hi
I have two questions
1. I have a twin turbo charged VL Calais and I am wanting to seel it. However I have been told that I might not get a roadworthy due to have a C$ gearbox in it. I have been told that the gearbox needs to be from the same manufacturer ie Holden for Holden and so on.
Can some one please advise me if this is correct or am I being feed a line

2. I need to connect the speedo to the C4 can anyone tell me if it is possible and who best to do it.

I live in Brisbane Qld

Thanks

Andy

The gearbox does not need to be from the manufacturer, however you will require a modification plate see here:

Once you have one of these for ALL the mods, including the turbo, then no problem.

Without the mod plate the car is illegal, so if the cops pull you up and notice the non genuine turbo or gearbox you will be defected.
